In order to achieve AEFA business objective, AEFA has approached the enhancement and reinforcement of corporate governance as a key management theme.

For every crucial judgment related to business and financial strategies, we have a perfect director system to make timely decisions. Similarly, we have an executive officer system which entrusts all the major and minor authorities from the Board of Directors to Executive Officers and characterize every management/supervision role from execution functions. To enhance all the execution and auditing functions, we have a Board of five members (including 3 external corporate auditors).

Also, in order to ensure the health of the company’s management and strengthen corporate governance, we are promoting the establishment, maintenance, and expansion of an internal control system. This system compasses group directors’ decision and employees’ creation; corporate development and environment protection; finance and resource; research and development; quality control and internal audit; corporate design and long-term development validation; sales and manufacturing capability; market expanding and technical support.

Our organization follows a complete hierarchy of departments for handling various management operations of the company. In order to maintain the internal as well as external structure, we have the control systems for maintenance, establishment and decision execution processes. With my sole responsibilities and authority, I always look forward to establishing and nourish the stage of growth and development of our company with advanced resources and assets. In addition, we are completely focused on serving top quality products to achieve more successful opportunities for business expansion. We always consider and appreciate our customers’ perspectives and take random decisions to enhance the bonds with them.

The key aspects that drive these motives successfully are:

Continuous Investment: For improving our performance and productivity, we invested around 15 million USD while serving more than 100 Japanese lines for precision bearings and over 400 lines to fully automated operations.

Organizational reform: With the successful introduction and implementation of the Business Unit system, we are maintaining the establishment of policy change while maintaining volume to quality ratio. Through these organizational reforms, we have successfully reduced barriers by utilizing our progressive resources effectively, focusing on the organization's etiquettes for better deployment.

Cost evaluation: As a leading precision bearing manufacturer in China, AEFA has created the ABC activity-based costing evaluation especially for the bearing industry.

Message from ‘General Manager’

At the end of the year, AEFA has experienced 170 million USD of sales with an increment of nearly 20% from past 5 years, on average 5% worldwide increase. As a result, our group displays a strong market occupation and rapid sales growth in the industry.

Likewise, AEFA is seeking to maintain this consistency in future as well and hence achieving a positive cash flow by the end of every year. As a part of our growth planning, we will likely to invest 0 million USD in the technological improvements and other beneficial assets of manufacturing units.
